Water Balloon refill Review 5*

Ever since I did the Crazy balloons both my boys have been begging for me to do them again.
I found this refill kit and was so excited. I was not sure how it was gonna work but figured it was worth a try.
I have to say that I was not disappointed when I got these. There are SO MANY balloons!!!
The instructions are clear; you first take the applicator and stick the black rubber bands on them. We load that sucker up and this makes quick work once you get them on there. Now I will say you will get some bands that break. That didn’t bother me. At first I did have a little bit of trouble putting the bands on but after doing if oh 100 times I got the hang of it. Then you will grab your Balloon holder (This does NOT come with the balloon holders you MUST purchase that separately) While my husband finds it easier to put all the balloons on first and then add the bands, I found it easier to do them one at a time. Another note if you have a bigger rubber band lying around put that around the bunches so you don’t lose any straws. Tape also works for this too. You will slide the open end of the applicator over the balloon WHILE IT’S ON THE BUNCH. Once you get them all done your ready to go again!
A few tips.
When you get the rubber band on the balloon do not keep it all the way to the top of the neck you want it about halfway down the neck. This will give you bigger balloons.
Make sure that the balloon is not tight against the straw part of the bunch. You need to have room between the end of the straw and the balloon or it will not fill up
Overall this is an amazing product. Yes it can take some time but in the end for me it was still faster than tying all the balloons by hand. I do wish that I had two applicators but hey when I buy the next set (which should be in a few weeks lol) I have another applicator.
This makes a great way to beat the Texas heat.
One of the things we noticed with Matthew is that Water calms him, now that I know he loves to have water balloon fights. This has been an amazing option for him to beat the heat and to calm down when having a fit.
We did two rounds of the balloons and the boys had a blast! They wanted to do more and I was pooped lol. We still had half a bag left, well more than half a bag. So maybe next weekend we will do more. Yes I WILL BE ORDERING MORE.
