loving me some poached eggs

I love to cook but I hate to poach eggs because I can never get it right…. They always fall apart and that makes me oh so mad. I don’t think I can cook them wrong now (well overcook them yes but that’s a different story lol). I love how easy these are to use. Put some water in a pot. Bring it to a boil. Back it down to a simmer. Spray your egg poacher with cooking spray. Crack your egg into the egg poacher while it’s sitting on the counter. Then gently place the egg poacher in the water. You don’t need a whole lot of water, when I put mine in the water they floated a little bit. Cover your pot (I used a pot with a clear lid. Check on the eggs every now and then and when the whites are cooked your good to go! Turn off the heat and gently pull out the egg poachers. My eggs just slid out of them onto the plate. Now ENJOY so easy. Now I used a big pot and ended up hitting my wrist on the side so I would advise using a small Simi shallow pot. I also added the salt and pepper to the eggs before I placed them poacher in the pot. The egg poachers are so easy to clean; you can clean them by hand or pop them on the top rack of the dishwasher. I think I will be eating more poached eggs from now on. I did get these poachers at a discount in exchange for my honest review; however the opinions in this review are mine and mine alone. The only thing I could say bad really is that I wish they came with something that could hook into the holes , that could help with putting them in the pot and taking them out, but it’s not that big of a deal these really are worth the price!
